Day trips

Day trips are by far the most popular choice for visitors to experience what the Whitsundays have to offer. The choice if yours, whether it be Sailing or cruising onboard a motor boat to experience the beauty of the famous turquoise waters that is the Whitsundays. Snorkelling tours are a wonderful way to explore the magic of the Great Barriers Reef’s vibrant underwater wonderland. Immerse yourself in the breathtaking marine life amongst the beauty of the coral landscapes within the fringing reefs. There is a huge variety of marine life but our favorites are the turtles, manta rays, maori wrass and of course little Nemo. There are 74 Whitsunday Islands in this paradise. The largest of these islands is Whitsunday Island featuring on its southern side, the famous 7km stretch of Whitehaven Beach, showcasing its beauty and stunning pure white silica sand. At the northern end of Whitehaven Beach you’ll find the spectacular viewpoint that is Hill Inlet Lookout. As the tides shifts, the stunning white sands and blue hues of the inlet blend seamlessly to create a beautiful masterpiece. It’s easy to see why it’s one of the most photographed locations in the world. Not all operators visit Hill Inlet on a Whitehaven Beach tour so be sure to include this in your itinerary. Sailing is ideal if you want to chill on the deck and enjoy the serenity that sailing offers or become a sailor and help hoist the sails and learn the ropes. Can’t wait to get there, then a faster option with a motor boat is for you. With many tours to chose from; small groups, adults only to family friendly trips we can help decide on the ideal trip to suit you. Fast boats, slow boats, big boats and small boats, we offer them all. Duration of the day tours are from 6 hours to 10 hours. Browse through our favourite options to find something you like
